1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Orizon website (orizon.sh) and any associated platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Orizon provides cybersecurity consulting, compliance advisory, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Fractional and Virtual CISO advisory services
• Compliance management and readiness programmes
• Third-party risk management (TPRM)
• Security policy development and management
• Platform access to Orizon Comply, PolicyForge, and FrameworkMapper

3. Consulting Engagements

All consulting engagements are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter agreed between Orizon and the client. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and platform; specific engagement terms take precedence where they differ.

4. Platform Services

Access to our platform products (Orizon Comply, PolicyForge, FrameworkMapper) is provided under separate subscription or licence agreements. Platform availability, features, and pricing may change with notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, software, data compilations, and other material, is the property of Orizon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
